in reading, a shimano RD - 6700-gs should be able to run a 32 cog sram -
anybody doing it ?
it's by best option and I already run a 30 with the standerd caged 6700 -
don't want to buy a whole new group to drop the ratio to that of a triple,

Not gonna gain much going from a 30 to a 32

well, put the cassette on a back up wheeel and it works !!!! -
of course, I'm going to build up a new frame and I'll keep my fingers crossed it works with the new bike !!!

it should. the only thing that might be different is the length of the derailleur hanger from the dropout. they should be pretty close if not standard. if it is shorter and the pulley is too close to the 32 cog you can adjust the 'B' screw at the back of the derailleur to give you a little more clearance, if you haven't already.
