That's worse than Moanday, MV. Sorry for your inconvenience. That sucks!

My very able & competent teammate came over this afternoon, and we practiced TTT'ing with our TT bikes. We did a TTT with her daughter July, 2011, and we're good. We discussed the 2 women who wanted to ride with with no TT or TTT esperience, and scheduled rides.

The TT we were going to ride was cancelled, due to low sign-ups. I thought they would've cancelled next week, not this weel. Dammit!

Morning...Friday!
Working from home today so I don't have to deal with the badge/ID hassle.
Putting together an access database for a coworker....to help speed up his job.
At lunch, I'm going to set up the target in the backyard and put 100 or so arrows into it.

Last night I put the bike on the trainer and managed a 30 minute ride...since it's cooling off here, it wasn't unbearable. My company's CEO has issued a "Health Challenge" in which 5 people will winn $1,000 each. I'm signing up...I think my goal will be 3.5 to 4 hrs per week on the bike. That shouldn't be too hard....especially since I'm giving up on the MSIT, since the company is making it so damned difficult to get my tuition reimbursement. If they don't want to pay for it, then they won't get the benefits of it either.

Is it Friday already? I had a busy week, what with conducting training the week after vac. I head out Monday for a 2 week trip for business.

Got out this morning for a short 31mi/1:55hr ride. Just being motivated to ride right now is hard, but if I don't ride, it will just be that much harder to ride...

Kyle is going back to Savannah tomorrow. I may drive up to Valdese and put some flowers out. Called my cousin to see if they might could meet tomorrow or maybe next weekend before they head back to Australia.

Need to go to storage building to get some stuff but I just don't have the mindset right now to do that. Why do I feel so lost??

put out 14 bags of mulch this morning.
Laundry is almost complete. And I'm going to the grocery store in a minute.
Also managed to make a target stabilizer for the bow....it's certainly not a professional job, but its good enough for now. I can't justify spending $100+ for a decent stabilizer at this point in time, so a $10 home made job works just fine. After the epoxy dries, I'll shoot a few rounds with it and see how it works.

oh, yeah....will do an hour on the trainer tonight after dinner and after it cools down. Mid to upper 80's today....I'm already sweaty just from putting out that mulch.

Well, not much done today...went to the Harvet Festival in downtown to look at the oldie cars. Took Taylor with me and she couldn't take the heat. Had to take her home. Watched some football with Kyle this afternoon. Washed some clothes and that's about it. Not much motivation for anything else.

I'm going to have to find some other things to do on the weekends...can't deal with all this free time right now....
